Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing time. Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Western Shore, Nova Scotia.

Carrier and tracking. Orders ship with Canada Post, and you'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping cost. Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping on Canadian orders over $200.

Add-on items. Small items such as stickers, magnets, and keychains are available as add-ons with orders of $20 or more.

Fragile items. Mugs, tumblers, and island-material pieces are individually wrapped and packed with extra care.

Delivery times. Delivery times are Canada Post estimates and may vary, especially during holidays or bad weather.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost parcels. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email treasureshop@oakislandlegend.com and we'll look into it.
