Return and refund policy

Returns. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at treasureshop@oakislandlegend.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, send items to: Oak Island Treasure Shop, 5 Oak Island Drive, Mahone Bay NS B0J 2E0, Canada.

Return shipping. Customers pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges. We're happy to exchange apparel for a different size, subject to availability. Customers pay shipping both ways.

Final sale. Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. If the item is no longer available, we'll issue a full refund.

Every purchase supports Oak Island. All proceeds go to the non-profit Oak Island Archives and Research Organization.
